No other customers in sight, and no reason to keep me waiting at the speaker to simply pick up a door dash order but this girl... who obviously hates her job did just that, for 10 minutes. This is unacceptable, and I realize the labor force is havingdifficulties these days, but these companies need to be more selective nonetheless or they?re going to continue to get a badname for themselves. Now I sit here at the window & I?ve been here for 12 minutes total, to pick up one simple order. I can?tspeak for everyone, but personally, rather than deal with these incompetent employees, I?d prefer a business just be altogetherclosed. Food was barely warm. Old, like it had been sitting there a while. Fries weren't even edible- threw those away. Completely out... of all nugget sauces and beverage options were limited by lack of stock as well. Girl that waited on me was fast n friendly-about the only thing the place had going for it. They didn't have potatoes and chives no frost's. I will never go back. Went to the one on Mogadore Rd even Canton Rd gives you... cold food and gives you waters down frosty. I'm so done with fast food places. If I was no so tired I would of cooked my ownfood. Sick of these fast foods places.. Read more
Usually this Wendy's is one of my favorites, but the last time I was there it must have been an off day. I ordered a 6 piece... spicy nugget and large natural lemonade, but I was informed they were out unfortunately so I settled for a regular fountainlemonade. Still had to be pulled up because they needed to change the fountain out. Took around 10 minutes. Finally get my drinkand pull away only to find out I was given regular nuggets instead of spicy ???????????. Hopefully it's better next time. Read more
Came at around 9:55pm on a weekday night, took a moment to have my order taken, no problem. They did tell me to pull to the... first window, and after I waited there for maybe 30 seconds and not seeing any workers, I pulled up to the second thinking maybethey said the wrong one. I?ve done it before. Turns out I was mistaken and I was asked to back up by one of the dancing workerswhich I had no issue with. I apologized to both the man who told me to back up as well as the lady at the first window. The ladywho ended up taking my payment at the first window would not speak to me and handed mme my change wordlessly. I had to ask for areceipt which isn?t an issue, but it would be nice if it was offered. I thanked her and went back up to the second window whereI got to listen to very loud music and the workers all dancing. No problem, I?ve worked a lot of years in food service, lots ofclosing shifts under my belt, dancing and music helps lighten the mood. I was handed my drink without a word or a straw afterwaiting for a few moments. Then I waited some more. Again, no problem, I know how pre close works and sometimes it takes longerto get food ready. I was finally handed my food and I had to ask for a straw really quick, the man who handed me my foodapologized and told me to have a good night, to which I smiled and thanked him. It seemed a touch condescending, but I?d like tothink I was misreading his expression and tone. I was extremely tired and looking forward to my small fry and burger afterbarely eating all day and knowing I had to be back up for work at 3am. I first ate the fries which were completely at roomtemperature. I was a little frustrated but decided, oh well, they probably didn?t drop fresh fries and just served the old onesafter they made the burger fresh. Didn?t get my drink. No sauce for my nuggets. My chili cheese fries look like a small. And my sandwich was suppose to be the... cheddar bacon double it was thrown together and everything was cold. If I hadn?t had to order from work I would have taken itall back. And it wasn?t my drivers fault she actually got to me quickly from the time the order was picked up. Read more
This is the most awful Wendy?s I?ve been to, I?ve visited 3 different times within 6 months and every time I?ve went it?s been... something wrong with my order. 1st time I couldn?t order because they closed a few hours earlier than usual. 2nd time we waited35 minutes. Now, this LAST time we had 2 bacon cheese burgers and bacon chicken That was MISSING THE BACON !!!
