Went today and waited in line for 30 minutes to order. Then waiting probably another 15 to get my order. The order was wrong... and i got out of my car to go inside and the door was locked. Call the number on the receipt and got the called number does notexist! Looked the number up online and same number same message. Was going to wait back in drive thru line but 15 cars in line.Very disappointing experience! Read more

My husband picked up dinner at the Manchester Rd Wendy?s this evening. The French fries were cold and some were no even cooked... through. The burger were cold and the buns were hard on the edges. I tried to call to discuss this with the manager, but thephone number is no longer a working number. It was too cold to go out and drive up to the restaurant to complain. Needless tosay, this will be the last time we go to this Wendy?s and possibly the last time we go to any of their restaurants. This isunacceptable for the cost of the food. Wendy?s has sure gone downhill. We spent 18 dollars and trashed most of it as it wasnot fit to eat. Don?t know who is reading this or if it even matters to the higher ups. But this is our review. HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. I came in and ordered only a spicy chicken sandwich to go. The cashier named "Ally" as listed on my... receipt went back to the sandwich maker and whispered something in his ear with name tag "Josh" and he looked up front at me andquickly looked away and nodded his head to her, I knew something was not right so I continued to observe, he then took a premade sandwich out from above and changed the wrapper to a fresh wrapper. This is a sandwich that was made on accident in advanceor returned by a customer and they saved it instead of throw it out, Absolutely disgusting!. I was already going to return itbut wanted to look inside and then found the buns wasn't even toasted. When I returned it and asked for a refund he came up tothe register to do the refund for her because she didn't know how and he went right back to sandwich making and they took thesandwich and didn't throw it out, probably to save again for the next person. Stay away from this Wendy's unless you want asandwich that someone returned and instead of throw it out they just saved it for the next person who ordered a spicy chickensandwich. When you call the phone number listed on the receipt it says the number is disconnected so I just called corporate. Read more

I love Wendy's they are one of my favorite fast food restaurants to go to. I love their chili so delicious and I love their... bacon cheeseburgers I like to get the junior bacon cheeseburger and chili with a side salad but you can get more classics justsimilar to any of this to fit your style and they have four and $5 biggie bags with multiple choices to choose from it should bea great bite for anyone Read more

Worst service in the state. they always get the orders wrong and it takes like 15 - 20 minutes to get your order in the drive... through. the management is disrespectful when ever you need a order corrected. the food is always under cooked or over cooked. Ihave been dealing with this for 5 months now and its my local Wendy's. I suggest no on eat here. Read more

Ordered the Summer Strawberry Salad. Found a wet fly inside the salad along with 2 fine black hairs that look like cat hairs.... The manager didn't want to give me my money back because I didn't have a receipt. She tried to tell me the fly landed on thesalad after I opened it. The fly did not look fresh. Then she said next time I will need a receipt, as if I would actually comeback. I have pictures and the health department with be called. Read more

Becoming less of a fan of Wendy's... Really going down hill. I already gave a poor review of one in Hartville and this one in... Coventry wasn't much better. 2 ketchup pumps and both were empty at the beginning of lunch time. Took son to bathroom andthere was no hand soap.....not empty, but not even a soap dispenser. Hard for employees or customers to wash their hands likesign in there says without any soap. Plenty of staff working so that should not of been an issue. Read more

Food serviced quickly and hot. Order was accurate. Fountain machine was not working and employees were very kind and helpful... when I asked for assistance. Restaurant is very clean. Floor seemed a little bit slippery. Service here is always fast either inthe drive thru or for eat in. Read more
