Nice Dunkin' but as usual with most Dunkin' stores, they did not have crullers which are my favorite doughnuts. I don't... understand why they are always out of crullers lately. I recently moved to the area and this is my closest DD. Well, one time they were out of pumpkin spice and it was early.. still... morning. How are you ever out of Pumpkin during pumpkin season? This should never happen. I can see being out of a pumpkin donutor muffin, etc. but not the coffee. Also, I recently visited on my birthday and the girl told me I couldn?t get my complimentarybirthday beverage because the app was down. I feel like the girl at the window should have just checked my ID and you canclearly still see that I am a rewards member when I open my app. She should have still given me the free beverage or at leastlet me know that I can return when the app is running and still get it. There?s a blonde girl that works there with a terrible attitude ALWAYS rude! I have not had a good experience since she started... working there. She gets so mad when I put my mobile order in 5 min before arriving at the store. She said I need to startputting it in way before arriving at the store because it ?takes forever to make two drinks? she even charged my cousin twodollars for two cups of water. The best DD in metro Birmingham. Fast, nice employees, order usually right, although sometimes there's almost no cream cheese... on their bagels, which seems to be a situation with all the Dunkin' Donuts in this area. Read more
