How you can't speak English and yet, have the nerve to get mad because you messed up my order. I asked for a hot mcCafe item,... the young male cashier asked my order 3 times to verify, and then told the older male worker that my order was a hot mcCafe. theolder worker messed up my order, when I asked about it, he admitted that he heard the younger guy say the correct order, but hemade it the way he wanted it. Ive been meaning to make this review for awhile, today yet again I have to go back through the line for something I paid for. I... have literally never gotten everything I've ordered from this establishment. This is the closest McDonald's to me so I come herepretty often unless I wanna drive way too much for a smushed burger. Always have an attitude and for some reason just completelyunable to fulfill a order. Not to mention they somehow managed to blacken my chicken and still let it come out cold and soft.Even for a McDonald's this place is bad. Read more
This location I would describe as "bootlegged". I read on the receipt that it is privately owned or something like that, yet... they give you the information to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Every time I complete one and try to redeem it for afree item, I am told that they can't find my code number for completing it on MCDONALD'S website. Seems to be a "counterfeit"location. This is the best McDonald's in town. The service is good, the employees are super friendly and the food is always right!
I went to the one by target in Alabaster first that's always bad and they were only taking cash with a attitude. I drove the... mile to this one as I was dedicated at this point....and they were out of all soft drinks and icee's. They only had water andsweet tea. I'm from up north and hate sweet tea. I was irritated and all ready to leave a bad review.....But my food was all hotand amazing!!! All of it, even my double filet-o-fish with extra cheese which is rare. ???? We ate here while waiting for our truck to be repaired at Ernest McCarty Ford next door. We were greeted by a friendly crew... member and our food was brought out to us in a prompt manner. I ordered using the McDonald's App, and our order was filledaccurately. Keep up the great work! Read more
I'm always weary of going into a McDonalds and eating, but I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The kiddo wanted... pancakes so we stopped here. It was clean and the employees were nice. The manager even carried the food to our table for usand brought us back some straws. The food was good and everything in the order was correct. Read more
I had a mobile order for a cheeseburger, medium fries, a medium drink and a crispy chicken sandwich. My husband?s cheeseburger... and fries were good but my chicken sandwich was dry, burnt and blackened. The buns were also burnt! Read more
