This Milo?s is AWESOME!!! The customer service is amazing. Our food is always served hot and tastes great!!! It?s not thrown... together like it is sometimes at other fast food places. Burgers tasted the same as they should. Tea was watered down and the extra sauce cups you have to purchase weren?t even half... full. Also, for two people to eat two burger meal combos. $25+ seems a little steep for fast food. Milo?s was a staple for mefor a long time and would travel up to Vestavia like clockwork to eat, but I?m not paying $25 for two meals for mediocre tea,smashed cheeseburger, and extra sauce cups that barely have a squirt of the sauce which is the whole reason why people comethere. As always, Milos has delicious food! This location however is very compact. With only three vehicles in the drive-thru waiting... to order, the third car is blocking the car waiting at window for their order from driving off. Still a ????. Read more
The Alabaster location doesn't have dine in, but I like it because it's a quick drive thru! I am so happy that this location... recently started taking mobile/on line orders! Otherwise, I would have to drive to Calera or Hoover/Pelham. We have a big familyso mobile ordering makes things so much easier rather than getting to the restaurant and trying to remember every thing and allthe specifications of each person's order. I just put it in the app and I can edit it how each person prefers and it's noproblem and no holding up the drive thru line! Read more
Most of the time it's pretty good during peak times. Today I went around 4 PM and the fries weren't very good.
