Can we please put the self-serve sugar, cream, etc back out on the bar so that people who just want normal coffee don't have to... wait forever in the "latte line?" This would make for a smoother process for both customers and employees alike. I was toldtoday that the reason for taking it away was because of covid. It is now October of 2022, everyone is vaccinated, nobody wearsmasks, everything is reopened. You can literally touch anything in the store EXCEPT for the cream and sugar. Bathroom a bit unclean. Drink is awesome , always fresh and good tasting.
Per usual, super amazing and friendly!! My order is ALWAYS done to perfection, I didn't catch their names but one I think had... pink hair taking orders outside and the other was blond with blue highlights and a big beautiful smile! This one is really good. I suggest the hot caramel macchiato with mocha instead of caramel. The rest of my fam likes the pink... drink or the espresso frappuccino, but I?m not really a fan of the cold coffees. Read more
Always a line. Drinks are good, service is a little lacking. And this may sound petty but the grounds are disgusting. When this... location first opened it was fast and absolutely beautiful. I'm not sure who the manager or owner is but they should be ashamed.I know they have the funds to keep the grounds and facilities up better. I visit this location multiple times a week.
