Food was fine, but we waited at the screen to order in the drive thru for 10 mins with zero cars in line. When we ordered we... were told to pull up to the first window and they would get to us when they could. Waited another 10 mins at that window. Wepulled up to the second window because nobody came to the window at all. We were going to leave and tell them we were leavingand the manager didn't even know that we were still waiting when she took our card at the second window. Read more
The smell of the washroom was a bit offensive; initially. However, the John was spotless. I docked successfully with the... porcelain and plastic seat with no issue. The dividing wall was a bit tight on the right thigh. Wipe left if ambidextrous. Besafe thick fellas. Read more
The one on 441 by I-75. 3.times I have stopped by there. In a hurry because I am heading home. I did not check my order and it... was not what I ordered. The food is good. So check your order at the window so they can correct it. It is written on the tagthat is on the bag. And they still give you the wrong thing. Maybe the have to give their employees a literally test. Takes too long when no one is there. The manager at this location is just straight up rude. They cheat and have you sit back at... the first window then pull up when your food is ready. I?ve spent 15 mins just waiting at the speaker when I?m the only personin the drive thru. Ben given cold and spoiled food just silly that this location has such low standards. Read more
I like Burger King but this one is Horrible. First they got my order wrong and when I showed the employee upfront that she gave... me fries instead of onion rings. She rudely snatched the fries out the bag, which the rest of my food was in, then slammed themis the trash. After she got me the correct order, I started eating. I ordered a Bacon Whopper and the patties were cold andthere was one one small piece a bacon on it. I did not go back and say anything because the employees there are unpredictableand seem to have violent tendencies. Dine at you own risk. Read more
Horrible, just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You can tell the nuggets and poppers had sat for hours and then were... quickly heated up. No point in calling corporate, they are just as useless! The girl taking my order took 5 minutes to do so,then sat at the pay window for another 3 minutes to get nasty not fresh food? What did you do in the eight minutes you wasted,because it surely was making fresh food! Read more
Your morning manager on duty. She was terribly rude to me this morning. She practically through my order at me at the drive in... window. I asked her for some salsa. She didn't even check. She just yells at me we don't have any. I tell her Thanks anyway. Andshe slams the window in my face and just storms off. If I wasn't on the clock I'd have come in and have given her a piece of mymind. What a terrible woman. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with that on a daily bases. Read more
This was our first visit to this location, and it far exceeded our expectations. Savannah at the counter was truly a gem, and... the entire staff were laughing and joking, and acting like a family! I will definitely return! Great job! Read more
