The service here needs help. Went in for literally one thing: a toasted bagel with Regular cream cheese. First visit (I was the... only person in sight @ 4pm Monday) barely any spread on the bagel and untoasted. Returned to rectify the order and was justgiven a garden spread. We?ve been going to this location for a few months since we moved here. At first, it was ok, they didn?t seem to know how to... make my coffee but eventually we found someone that made it properly. HOWEVER, The last few times we?ve gone, we?ve ordered atoasted everything bagel with cream cheese, eggs, cheese, and sausage. These people mess it up every time.. we had to send itback multiple times this morning, and the amount of cream cheese is crazy to me!! There?s more cream cheese than anything else.It?s gross. It?s not rocket science to make a bagel sandwich but they have a confused dumb look on their face every time. Iwon?t be going there for bagels anymore. Mine are way better anyway. They make toasted bagels with cream cheese all the time,they make sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches all the time? combine them, it?s not that difficult. My husbands coffee wasn?t evenhot when he got it? how does that happen?.
