Tonight I went inside to order my food. There was no line. However the guy working the line is on the phone, while wearing a... pair of gloves. He proceeds to get off the phone and takes his attention to the register where a woman is trying to pick up theorder he?s making. He proceeds to not change his gloves and finished making her order while wearing the same gloves. I step overto the manager/led on shift at the drink station and mention what happened. The guy does mention something to the other dude butthe guy on the line didn?t change his gloves or remake the lady?s food because she?s didn?t see him make it?. Idk bout you beBYE Moe?s Read more
We are moving and just wanted something easy for lunch. I ordered CURBSIDE PICKUP and my husband called and the guy said ?it?s... on the shelf inside? and hung up the phone! First of all, ew rude and second, if you?re too LAZY to walk orders outside, don?thave that as an option. Moe?s is just a wannabe Chipotle. I ordered chips and salsa with everything and didn?t get salsa?. Ifwe need to get it ourselves then they should say something ???? I ordered a kids meal which comes with a cookie and they didn?tgive us a cookie. They also ?forgot? our drinks but my husband noticed that so was able to get them. I have been to many different Moe?s chain restaurants and this was absolutely the worst one I have been too. To start off, the... bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and not to mention every single table in the restaurant was disgusting and when I asked theyoung lady to ask if she could clean off a booth for me she quickly got an attitude and acted like I just was such a bother toher. After our food was made, we cashed out and the cashier looked at the food on the line and said ?I?m not going to touch it.?There were multiple people standing at the register waiting for their food that was already made because the cashier wouldn?tbag anything until the young gentleman who made the food had to do it and he was probably the best worker in there. Everyoneelse was terrible. Sweet tea was empty, trash cans were overflowing and there was a faucet dripping water into a bucket and intoa drain behind the register. The food was also terrible. This was my first time eating Moe's Southwest. I ordered a salad with no guacamole- I got guacamole. I ordered jalapeno... peppers-no jalapeno. I wanted NO sour cream- got sour cream. The dressing was awful. The Adobe chicken was the best thing. Iwill not be back. It did not even look appetizing. My co-workers orders were not quite right either. Come on guys- Do better.. Read more
This must be the most unsanitary Moe's I have ever been too. I went here at 8pm at night and literally every table in the place... was dirty. The line and the salsa bar was also very dirty as well. Quite a few sodas are empty as well. 4 employees hangingout and chatting, occasionally helping customers. Whoever is managing this place needs to be canned. The food was muah. Seemsold.
