We were evacuated due to Hurricane Nicole. We were staying in a hotel right across the street from a Pizza Hut. We called to... order a pizza. Was left on hold for over 5 minutes, then I didnt k ow the adress of the hotel. Put on hold another 3 minutes.Hung up & called again. These people were very hard to deal with by phone. Overpriced & Underwhelming. $25.00 for a large pepperoni pizza made incorrectly!!!! I ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni... and pan crust, got a regular pizza with barely any cheese or pepperoni with undercooked crust. Requested curbside and waited inmy car 15 minutes had to go inside and the staff was standing around doing nothing. I will never go back. Such adisappointment. #refund Read more

Extremely fresh and prepared with care! The entire staff on 10/8/22 that?s covering the night shift should be praised by... management for their extremely good work! 7-8pm I placed a delivery order to my truck on a shipment delivery at the dollargeneral and typically Pizza Hut is a no go for me due to bad experiences and poor quality but luckily I struck a Pizza Hut goldmine this location made the food so well, I am an extremely satisfied customer i thank you for your hard work and ofcourse thedelivery driver was very quick and professional. You guys need to go train my local Pizza Hut to make their pizza as good asyours. Read more

The last 2 times I have tried to order, I have had to cancel due to extreme wait times. It wouldn?t be as concerning if they... would just let you know how long it will be. Instead, they told me a 20 minute wait time for delivery when in reality it wasover 1.5 hours and no courtesy call to inform us of the delay. Read more

Perfect place to work if you want to crash on customers while charging them full price. Try putting your order in a 2pm for a... 7pm delivery and call to find out your order is on hold for a driver I was made to give 18% gratitude despite the fact of notoffering service. I will never order from Pizza hut again based on this experience. Today's generation doesn't care. So whyshould I pay there salary. I'll save my money. Read more

We ordered the to the edge Pizza with extra cheese and red onions. We ordered the carnivore which was supposed to have... pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon and cheese. There were hardly any toppings. There was no red onion or extra cheese and verylittle sauce on the pizza. And it was dry and very much overcooked to the point of being brittle. Will not be ordering thisagain. This Pizza Hut Hits the mark! They are super nice there and man the pizzas are even better???? stop in and you will be treated... with a nice warm smile to go with that hot pizza they are delicious. I had the first brownie from there ever and it was so goodI couldn't believe how moist and gooey it was and highly recommended the brownie. You won't regret it ???? Read more

Had a very pleasant experience here today (05-01-22), Ashley made a perfect veggie pan pizza! She was working the entire store... by herself, cooking, taking phone orders, until the delivery man returned. Y?all should be nice to the people who are making &serving your food.
