Ordered 115pm online for at 150pm pick up. Arrived at 152pm and told to sit and wait...30 minutes later waiting inside store... still nothing. Maybe it was made on time in the back but there was no communication from team to us that it was ready. Had toask if sandwiches were ready and just told. Very disappointed in my online order. There was so much mayo (I ordered a little bit) on my bread, that it saturated the entire... sandwich. Same with the other sub I ordered. We couldn't eat these and they ended up in the garbage after trying our best tosalvage them. They also forgot to give us our cookies we ordered. Such a shame. Read more
The White lady that don?t know her name, make our sandwiches and I don?t know if she was having a bad day or something but she... was so rude, and we just ask for some sandwiches and I ask if she can put mayo on my sandwich and she put pickles, and I laugh alittle with my boyfriend because we were talking in Spanish and she though that I was laughing at her, when clearly not and sheyelled at us telling us ?OK WHY ARE WE LAUGHING!?? and I told her that we didn?t want the pickles that?s it, and she just said?sorry I miss hear you but thanks for laughing at me? and she left.
