Manager is quite possibly the rudest person ever. Got mad and yelled at me because I came inside with 4 kids then ordered on the... kiosk as instructed and went to pay with cash (which is an option on the kiosk). HE then yelled at me that I should have gonethrough the drive thru. Why would I want to give 4 children messy food in the car? Order ended up almost completely wrong butdecided to eat it rather than try again and deal with that man! Read more

This store should close, at least until they can find competent employees. The last time i went there I stood at the register... waiting to order for 10 minutes without being acknowledged then someone said that i needed to place my order on the kiosk. Went through the drive thru about 2 weeks ago. We were greeted and told that the fryer and grill machine was not working. So we... ordered... then we were told they couldn't make what we wanted because they only had steak and only enough for maybe 1 burrito,not 2????. Our order ended up being about $14. Don't remember the exact amount because we never got a receipt. The food we gotwas disappointing. I know it was close to closing but...really! Our questionable bean burrito was missing the red sauce andonions. The steak burrito supreme was missing the sauce and sour cream, but they remembered to charge us for the extra onions.Last, the soft steak taco was supposed to be supreme and what we got was just the steak, cheese and lettuce. So disappointing! Idon't mind paying for the extras, but when they leave out some ingredients; they don't give you a credit for whats missing????.It doesn't matter if they repeat your order back; it's still made wrong! The worst taco bell in Florida. I quit going when they refused to serve our military and police several years ago. Went today... and they totally gave .e the wrong order,so I went inside and they told me they gave me what I ordered. What? They told me theywould fix it. When I got the new order it was still wrong. Never again and BTW, I was the only customer inside and no one wasin the drive thru. Also the cashier didn't tell me the total. All she did was hold her hand out for my money. I was so amazingly pleased at how clean how professional and how pleasant the staff and the management team were. My cashier was... very informative with a happy attitude. I have given this place opportunity after opportunity and yet I am disappointed. So it will be my last disappointment from this... location. They never get the order right, they're hygiene and cleanliness is gross. I watched a guy behind the counter touchinghis face, his mouth, his hat, his *** with his gloves and not change them and touch sooo many peoples food. Unacceptable... Theyforced people to place order on the screen instead of taking it in person because they didn't want to stop their socializing.Fastfood is just not worth it anymore....
