It's an older Wendy's. BUT...we had THE best meal we've ever had at a Wendy's. As we left the drive thru we said we'd probably... never come back because it's a small gas station area with not a lot of parking but after we bit into our food we said we'd haveto change our minds. Hot flavorful food, perfectly seasoned. Tasted like how Wendy's used to be when Dave was running things.Good job team! Read more
Not the cleanest but not too bad. Depending on your luck, cashier is helpful and friendly. I've experienced both.
Whoever was the female cashier at 12:50 on September 10th shouldn?t be working in food. My husband and I have owned two Marco?s... for seven years. Never would I ask a customer to pick food up off the ground and save it. She dropped the food trying to hand itto my husband. It fell in water. She actually asked him to pick it up and save it for inventory. I said absolutely not thatburger is for my child. Plus now the bag is in water. We need a new burger. I was astounded that she would even ask. She shouldget retrained at the health office. Read more
Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The sad part is I'm pretty sure she was a manager in a red and white... shirt. Slammed the window in my face while I was talking and all. My food was nasty as well. Our buns were hard like they hadbeen sitting out and the fries were nasty. I will never return! Read more
For a Wendy's it was very good. The food was hot and delicious. The store was clean and well taken care of. Even being attached... to a gas station. The staff was friendly at the window and they hooked us up with a lot of napkins and ketchup! Felt like awonderful experience. Will go again if we go by! Read more
I was flabbergasted to say the least about this Wendy's. To me, the corporate headquarters really need to go undercover at this... location. Due to how certain employees are treated by the female manager ( the manger was African American ) on duty at the timeI was visiting this establishment. She not only talked down to her employees, ( which were all Caucasian ) but as well tomyself. That is completely and extremely insulting as a customer. I told her that she is very unprofessional and she degradesher employees. Her response was...she could care less. I felt extremely sad for the cashier, who had to listen to her supervisoryell at her in front of customers, literally I was shocked and appalled and the other customers in line couldn't believe whatthey were watching. I did tell the cashier who was very sweet, that I was so sorry she had to work in that environment. Onething I will say that was positive, the pecan chicken salad that I had ordered. Was literally the best salad I had ever orderedfrom a Wendy's and I've ordered this salad about fifty times to at different locations around the nation. Read more
Awesome location right off the highway. It?s located at a Circle K gas station. Inside wasn?t too busy with the exception of... everybody that stops at the gas station coming in waiting in line to use the restroom. I ordered my normal spicy chickensandwich which was taste inconsistent of any other Wendy?s location. It was good. Getting in and out was fairly quick. Read more
Bathrooms are filthy. Means bathroom smelt so strong of urine because there was pee all over the floor and toilet paper thrown... on the ground everywhere. The womens bathroom was soaking wet. May customers almost fell in the short time I was there. Read more
