This restaurant is fantastic, the only reason for the 4 stars is because it’s incredibly expensive especially considering... portion sizes. However, the price is justified by the presentation, ambience and quality. I don’t believe you can have a badmeal here. I came for the 3 course Thursday a few weeks ago. Every aspect of the meal was fantastic, the oysters, the lobsterroll, the cocktail and the dessert. They were also so picturesque. The food was delicious and the service was great. The avocado and melon salad was so balanced and fresh- a great summer dish! I... loved the brie appetizer and the focaccia was airy, light and freshly baked. The salmon and branzino were delicious, howeverthere were a lot of bones in the branzino, which could be dangerous if we hadn’t noticed and taken them out. Read more
Beautiful ambience, inside and outside. In an alley with green and floral overhangs. Fresh tomatoes and veggies and a most... delicious branzino - expertly filet and made fish dish…and black lager cheered me. A Chablis though next to me was also highlyrated. Attentive, warm service. This restaurant is great. The staff were very accommodating and friendly - they turned up the heat when we requested and were... helpful with our other needs. The outdoor dining is spacious and pretty well covered. We were able to make reservations here fora group of 6 + dog just earlier in the day. The food is really fancy and nice - but does feel expensive because quantity isjust okay. I think it's not very shareable... The "bites" are larger than they sound, and the mains are pretty easy to finish.The apps are quite delicious. Definitely get the duck liver, the mushroom soup apps. First time here. Food was amazing and bursting with flavors. We had the Salmon Rillettes appetizer, Chicken A LA Diabla, and... Garlic Roasted Shrimp dinners. Service from Andrew was outstanding as well. We will be coming back! Read more
