Giving this place a 5***** because of an employee name Amy... The food is ok but Amy's customer service skills are top notch.
The customer service at this place is non existent. The food is not bad, It was my every-other-week lunch spot on my days off... but unfortunately I will not be going back. I went in today to order food to go but got kicked out because I had my dog with me,they didn?t even ask if it was a service animal (which he is). Being born and raised in Hawaii living in the Bay area this gave me my plate lunch fix! The combo with bbq chicken and katsu was... awesome! Along with the self serve katsu sauce was nice! No need to drive to SF or Milpitas for L&L Read more

The meat dishes are excellent saute. The rice is good quality and the macaroni dish is very unusual and excellent tasting. The... sitting arrangement is poor quality they need to upgrade. I am disappointed. Their plates used to be a great deal; not economical anymore. Used to be under $10; too pricey for me. And... they have plexi-glass/ plastic-partitions blocking the view of their menu-boards. Ya gotta duck & jook to squint at thepics. But, better than KoJa across the street. Read more
