Today around 1pm, I? had the WORST experience at the SouthShore Jamba Juice location which may impact me being a customer... unless it?s resolved and taken care of. Maria who apparently is the ?lead? at SouthShore Jamba Juice is beyond RUDE and did NOTprovide any customer service,. I? have an allergy to soy milk and have always been able to replace soy milk with coconut milk tomy drinks at no charge, yet Maria was disrespectful and distasteful . Despite me informing her this disgraceful ?lead? of anemployee that I? cannot have soy milk due to my allergy, she disregarded it and proceeded to be very condescending , discountingthat I? cannot have soy milk in my drink. I??ve left a message for Alex who is supposedly the general manager of this location.I do hope I? get a call back and this matter is dealt with accordingly . Good smoothies clean place but the girl running cashier needs some supervising. Always on her phone .
