I walked in to place an order for take out and as I went to adjust my face mask the worker yelled to put my mask on I told him... it's on just adjusting it. While he's yelling his mask is under his chin. Then another worker came out to take my order heyelled at her and told her he would take my order, he then took out his phone and decided to text and play games on it. I toldhim I was ready to order and 3 minutes later he took my order. He gave me the total and I gave him correct change and I guess hesaw my money in my purse he then said he would prefer If I gave him all my fives I declined and said why are you looking in mypurse. Walked in stood around for ten minutes no one showed up despite them being in the back and calling out to them.
I can answer all the question from previous complaints. Caeaers never delivered and still doesn't, they are short staffed so... stop complaining. Order through app or in person and in person pick up. What the Min Problem is: Quality, I don't mean cheappizza should be the best.. But it deserves to be cooked fully right? Raw Pizza is gross. Don't buy the ground beef pizza. It is mystery meat. It is the worst pizza I've ever had in my life and I'm 76 years old.
We ordered a pizza that should have been hot and ready and it we waited several minutes. There were no hot and ready pizzas... available at 5pm. We also got breadsticks and I don?t know what those were but there were disgusting, brown, and barely had anyflavor. I will not go here again. Read more
This place is as ghetto as you get, no one want to work here. They don?t answer the phone, managers are no where to be found the... staff is always hiding in the back, it?s dirty and the staff is rude! This location is TERRIBLE! I ordered pizza online 2 hours in advance to be delivered to a high school WITH instructions to ?hand... deliver? pizza to the office. After waiting 20 min AFTER the specified time it was supposed to arrive, I referred to the emailreceipt and to my surprise, a link to Grub Hub showing that the pizza had been delivered! It had not. I contacted the store toinquire where my order disappeared to. I was told by the employee that they NEVER received the order even though I had a receiptand ?delivery? confirmation. This a-hole proceeded to tell me that not only was I not getting my order, but I also wasn?tgetting a refund! Thankfully, the email receipt had a customer service number to call. Not only did I get a refund, I was told acomplaint would be filed on my behalf against the store and the Grub Hub driver who took the tip without giving me myorder. After reading these reviews, I?m happy I didn?t get that pizza. It probably would?ve been as bad as the customer serviceat this location. Sounds like they need to get some new staff and management. Don't listen to these old ppl, the pizza is honestly god like. Don't get me started on the cheesey bread literally ethereal.... Little Caesars will always be the goat. Don't listen to the haters... but listen to me a connoisseur of pizza. Read more
