Terrible... Might be the worst Micky D's in the bay area! They updated the building but didn't update the terrible management.... You've got a 60% chance of getting the wrong food in your order. And if you have a big family order they make you park in anumbered spot and wait 5-10 min while car after car go through the drive through... How can you possibly serve 20 cars behind mebefore you bring my food out it's only 2 meals and 2 kids meals. I like the remodel but the self ordering is not intuitive and didn't work for me, the code for the bathroom didn't work despite... being exactly what the employee said and the large fries (which is what I was craving) was more of a medium. Next time I'm goingsomewhere else where a large is really a large even if I have to pay a lot more. Read more
We dined in for dinner. Ordered through the kiosk. Got stuck on the table tent option. Tried to ask a worker for one but either... there was a language barrier or she just didn't care or understand. Just plugged in a random number, yet still had to pay at theregister. That took forever! They seemed geared to helping the drive thru customers quicker than dine in customers. Food cameout quickly. Wi-fi SUCKS. Higher management needs to either retrain their employees with their kiosks/app systems or removethe kisoks all together. Read more
Newly remodeled McDonald's! Yeah! But no more breakfast all day. Boo! Drive through line splits. Spicy chicken deluxe was a... disappointment. The chicken breast was both mushy in texture and dry. Not the fault of of this location. Popeyes makes a muchbetter sandwich but judge for yourself. Read more
