Never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks. Asked which of their pastries didn?t have eggs in them (due to sons egg allergy)... and the guy said the blueberry scone. I asked if he was sure and he told me he didn?t know and they didn?t have a list ofallergens. Another person (manager?) couldn?t be bothered to stop what he was doing and pointed me to their website. After sometime I was able to pull up their website which told me to ask the barista. Meanwhile the guy taking my order rudely moved overto the next register and just moved to the next in line. The guy behind the guy taking orders said he could pull up the info but?it will take a long time? to which i replied ok because I couldn?t get on their WiFi and my cell reception didn?t work so I wasjust sitting there asking how they didn?t have a list of allergens in their store. He finally stopped his huffing and puffingand went to the back to get the list. Took another 10 minutes but I finally got the allergen list. Turns out no pastries are eggfree. I also had a problem with payment. I had $13 left on my Starbucks card and somehow ended up still paying $9 for my $16order. He apparently only registered $7 off my card. I just checked and the balance is 0. I was so fed up by the egg issue Ijust didn?t even put up a fight on the payment. Buyer beware! At least he gave me a free drink card for the egg fiasco andprofusely apologized but the damage had been done. Read more
Ordered a bagel and coffee. Waited 15 minutes to finally get it, only to be told they don?t have cream cheese. Why would u sell... bagels if u don?t have cream cheese? Or at least tell people! Read more
Tried their caramel mochiato , nicely done, the cup was leaking however, still butchered my name even though I spelt it for... them, smart marketing tactic. Service was good, neat and decently spacious with outdoor seatings that gave it s nice touch. Read more
This is one of our neighborhood Starbucks. We go frequently. The coffee experience is nearly always consistent. But the restroom... was terrible. It was messy, the toilet seat was wet, the sink faucet was nearly falling off. The outside area was equallyneglected. Tired of franchise places falling so far short in these areas. Read more

I had a really pleasant experience here this morning. I was with my 6 years old daughter and when we ordered, my daughter asked... to the nice girl at the cash register if she could pretend to give her also cat food for her stuffed cat. She took a small emptycup and gave it to my daughter as pretend cat food. A simple nice gesture that made our visit to Starbucks a great experiencefor us and for the people around my really active, now entertained, daughter. Read more
