Despite the delicious pizza (both deep dish and thin crust), I wanted to say I was really impressed by their service. We just... left their restaurant In Alameda. Our pizza got delayed due to some technical reason in computer system, but they checked in onus frequently to apologize, and offered us a $20 gift card at checkout. That was not expected but indeed really considerate andmade it a very pleasant experience. All in all, food is amazing and servers are all super kind and friendly. Absolutelyrecommend. Read more
This place has everything- ambience, great food, draft beer selection AND a safe. Yes an actual safe. The place used to be a... bank. The deep dish All Star pizza (9”) and Goddess salad is easily enough for two and a box to go. Read more
If you want yourself a real nice sit down style meal that will fill your belly with a thick warm pizza you can’t get much... better or fresher than this. $10 lunch special is the best deal! Personal-sized thin crust or deep dish pizza deal good until 4pm. Add a side of caesar salad... for only $4. The current Fall special thin crust is SO GOOD. The fennel sausage is super savory and not too much fennel. Thebroccoli is perfectly crunchy with roasted edges. The ricotta cheese is super mild and creamy and the lemon balances out all therich flavors. We also tried the Italian combo on thin crust which was also very good. The salami and pepperoni quality wasexcellent and I liked that there were pepperoncinis in addition to the usual olives, onions, and bell peppers. I prefer thethin crust here. Although it's not the best thin crust I've ever had, it does have a nice crunch and chewiness and good saltyflavor. The caesar here is basic and fresh. The dressing is a little heavy on the mayo for my taste, but the croutons are verygood. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Street parking can be tough to find. Read more
I love their pizza it's really good, I've tried it couple of times before but due to COVID i wasn't able to dine-in until last... weekend. The place is an old bank building, you can see the vault behind the counter. There's plenty of space to accommodate biggroups. Their staff is nice and friendly, my waiter kept on checking on us in case we needed something else. I had 2 of theirspecialty coktails they were really good as well. If you want a nice deep dish pizza you should come and visit this place! Read more
Ordered the heirloom margherita pizza, the classic, appetizer wings and the peach glow. First time at this location and I was... pleasantly surprised. The food was flavorful and all of the staff I encountered, were polite and eager to assist.The decor isn'tlike any other restaurant I have visited in Alameda. Quite frankly I was surprisingly amazed by the deliciousness of thin crust and how crispy it was while hot. On the entrance got... seated as preferred with the smile and great customer service. Thin crust and salads were served in less than 10 minutes withoutstanding taste and crispiness of California style pizza. Have it while it’s hot cause then it becomes soggy. Classic deepdish with chicken was very filling and had nice chunks of tomatoes in it. Good and pleasant service underlines the history ofthis place being a bank facility. Some interior improvements might be needed however well deserved four stars. Will see you nexttime. Read more
