We were a group of 6 people. It took about 10 minutes to get seated when the place was fairly empty. Took another 30 minutes for... them to get our order and they didn't order everything we had asked so we had to wait even longer after some of us received ourfood 30 minutes later. Had to eventually ask for the rest of the food we were waiting for, to go because we had been therealmost 3 hours when it took us about 20 to 30 minutes to eat. The rest was all waiting. Read more

I really enjoy coming here because of the comforbale atmosphere. I typically go with my wife and 2 year old between noon and... evening and we all enjoy the experience. Peaceful environment, great service, and decent food. Just hope they can lower theirprices a little bit Read more

Wings were great. Fries were great. Service was great...but when I got home ready to eat my wings NO RANCH. On the receipt it... clearly said 1 ranch.on the receipt where it says "bags checked by"... Is blank. So obviously no one took the time to check thatmy order was right. All I wanted was my wings WITH RANCH. AS A CUSTOMER WE TRUST YOU TO DO YOUR JOB JUST LIKE YOU GUYS MAKE SUREWE DONT FORGET TO PAY. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS NO MATTER HOW BUSY IT IS. 30 minutes to get a beer, 20 people in restaurant. Good food, bad service. At 15 minutes wait I was told they had to change... the keg. As an ex bar manager I can assure you it doesn't take 30 minutes to change the keg. Food comes out sporadicallysometimes, so you will be sitting with your food getting cold while waiting on your dates' food to finally arrive. Who ever istraining their staff here needs to be fired or retrained. Where's the manager after I waited 15, 20, or the final 30 minutes toget one beer. No where to seen. Bad management, slow drink service, 30 minutes wait on draft beer, but the wings were prettygood. Waitress was pretty attentive, most of our visits there are few issues with servers. Totally ruined my evening, this placesucks for BBW locations as far as service goes. It's like no one is trained properly in when to serve food, upsell, appropriatewait times for drinks, when a manager should step in, etc. Read more

I keep trying to eat here because I have to come to Alamogordo regularly and they play football games. After at least five... visits, I have yet to have a positive experience. Even when it seems slow, there is a long wait to be seated, there is a longwait to get service, and there is a long way to get food. That's assuming that they don't mess up the order. I'll be looking forsomewhere else to watch football in Alamogordo. Read more

I have given this location an honest chance but it keeps disappointing. I have been here 3 times over the last year, and every... time the service is with a smile and the drinks are always full. The problem I have here is getting our food to the tabletogether in a timely manner. On my family's first visit they didn't make my son's order and we waited for it so we could eattogether. The second trip was a larger party and they let us know ahead of time that they were short staffed. We agreed, butthey forgot my meal on this visit. I figured it was because they were short handed. By the time I got my food everyone was doneeating and I took it to go. My trip today (8-31-2022) was a table for four. The food came out and the waitress let me know myplate was coming out shortly. A few minutes went by and she came to refill our drinks and let me know again my meal is almostdone. A third time she came and said the cook fell behind and he just started on my meal. By this time about 20 minutes latereveryone was done with their meals and I let the waitress know to just cancel my order. I was only offered a "sorry for theinconvenience" from the waitress. I don't know what's happening here when I visit this location. The restaurant was empty andthere were only two other tables seated while we were there. My family enjoys the food here, so most likely I'll be going backfor another missed meal. ???????????????? Read more

For a lunch time crowd it wasn't too busy, but it took over a half hour to get over food. And our food came out at completely... different times for our family. My husband waited over 45 minutes. My wings - traditional - were over done and inedible.However, my husband and children were happy with food. And we were still charged full price for the food I did not eat. They didhave a good kids menu that my children enjoyed. Read more
