Worst Carls Jr ever! You can?t dine in which is fine but idk why they are advertising you can bc all the doors are locked.... Didn?t give me the right side so I tried to go in to tell them that and the door was locked so he came out and said he wouldbring it. 20 mins later STILL no side of zucchini so I left. Placed order with Doordash at 828pm on 10/29/22, waited for order, received notice from doordash driver stating that it appeared... that business was closed, had a heck of a time getting things straightened out with doordash, but this could have been avoidedhad the store notified doordash that they were closed. Very annoying. Carl's needs to update hours on google also as they aredefinitely not open 24hrs a day, nor 11pm like it stated on the actual website. Will not frequent them again. Read more
Told the girl at the counter that I would like everything dropped to order for my order, she assured me she would drop it... herself, I watched her walk back and do that and then actually make the entire meal herself. Haven't been to a Carl's in many years. Ordered online and went to pick up. Person said there were no online orders. I told... her I just got billed $22, placed it 20 minutes ago and you need to find it (they had no customers). She then said we have onlyone online order (see what she said above) and read my name. It was correct but no one had looked at the order so told to moveforward. Waited for the order to be prepared and the person bringing it to the window never looked at me, never said aword...In my decades of eating out I've never seen anything like that happen. I'm quickly finding myself done with the fast food experience all together. This was the last nail in the coffin. After going to... pick up MY BIRTHDAY DINNER WHICH FOR SOME STUPID REASON I CHOSE CARLS JUNIOR, I get all the drinks and don't bother to check thefood because I just want to get home and eat and there were a lot of people behind me that I didn't want to hold up. I know the food we get won?t be 100% as pictured but this made me and my kiddo sad when we received it. There was not much... icing, what icing was on there was rock hard, and it was not edible at all due to the fact it was freezing cold and rock hard.Hash browns we ordered were okay tho? ??????????????????????
