I've been to other Chilli's so not sure what was the problem. Orders for drinks even took a long time. We ordered drinks but... didn't receive them until after other diners received theirs. Our food was terrible. I ordered tacos which came cold. A friendordered soup but never received it. Need better management, facility operated inefficiently. Read more

We went to Chili's at 5pm on a Thursday. Hostess tried to seat us at table next to pass through, in noisy bar area with blaring... music. She did not ask us if we agreed to sit in bar area. As we were there to eat, and possibly have a few later, we asked tosit with other patrons in restaurant area. Quieter, much less crowded, nicer! She told us there was " at least a 20 minutewait.". We pointed to a load of empty tables. She told us there were only 2 servers. We know how that works, so we left. Lots ofother restuarants in area. Read more
I went there to try their chili as a soup+salad bottimless chips and salsa combination. The chili tasted good but it was far... from a soup. I was disappointed and makes me distrust their other soups. The service was good. They have several food and drinkoptions and their hours are convenient. I will probably go back soon (and won't order soup). Read more
I had a great experience. The staff was great and my server was awesome. They were very attentive. My food came out perfect.
