Didn't get everything I ordered and receipt I was given wasn't itemized so driver didn't seem to care. I was charged $42 for 2... medium pizzas, delivery fee, and tip I clearly shouldn't have given. Won't order again. Read more

First time ever in here and it was a bad experience. My husband and son went to place a to go order and the guy was rude said he... couldn't take our order. We got back to the hotel and the pizza was gross it was under cooked and they Don 't know the meaningof light cheese I'm lactose but enjoy pizza now and then with very light cheese. Quality of food and service is declining. I ordered through the papa John's app. And for some reason a door dash person brought... my order. I never use those food delivery places because they always bring the order with something missing. And they always saythe same thing "that's what they gave me" Because it's too much effort to read the receipt and confirm that that's what they'vebeen given. And then they expect a tip. Not only was the order brought incomplete, when the pizza got here, half of my New Yorkstyle pizza was fluffy, not flat. And the entire pizza was cold. The pizza at this location is always hot, fresh and amazing! This my friend, is their large thin crust half sausage and half... supreme with jalapeño???? The crust is always crisped to perfection!! Looks like pizza but no taste. BLAH!!! Used to like their pizza, but now its flavorless! And the pepperoncini were discolored... and didn't look edible. They just don't care what they're serving up. Read more
