So this place has let go sadly. It?s so filthy inside and out. I order thorough the drive through and you could clearly see no... gloves used floors were trashed. They are very slow and the prices are high as hell . They have Great soft pretzels ( my favorite). If you order more then 3... items be prepared to be there for 30min.or more and make sure you check all your stuff. Before you leave. Read more
As others have mentioned, very hit or miss. The outside patio and parking spots are generally clean and well maintained, but we... have had a few experiences where spills and large bird droppings on furniture were not addressed for an hour or two. Most ofthe servers are very nice and pleasant. Food is usually pretty quick and standard times for most fast food, but on the flip-sidewe have waited in excess of 10-15 minutes for a few simple orders. The park-and-order terminals have undergone a recentfacelift and feature changing screen displays and credit card readers. The screen displays each item as you order it, and is agreat addition to the restaurant. The food itself is usually good. More often than not, we usually have the most trouble withany specialty drinks we order (adding flavors or "complicated" drinks instead of the normal drinks or seasonal favorites). Theytend to be very under-syrup'd, or very heavy-handed and almost undrinkably sweet. It just depends who is making them. The screens at the stalls are always broken. Their digital marquee sign out front is even broken. If there's a line for the... drive-thru, good luck getting out of your stall or even getting around the line. For these reasons I always go to the one on thenorth side. This location needs a total redo. Food and service are fine, though. Read more
