Neither of the sandwich makers changed their gloves while we were there. We watched them make multiple sandwiches and salads,... grab refrigerator doors, go to the back, and handle the cash register while keeping the same gloves on. So disgusting we left.Further, this location is LOUD. The music was blaring that other customers were needing to shout. Horrible place. Drive up theroad and go to the other subway. Read more
No fault of the sole employee working as this guy was super busy, but waiting in line 20 minutes for an online order because... drivethrough closed due to lack of employees is sad. Sure hope Subway is compensating that young man appropriately. Read more
Food was good! When they billed they added 3 subs incorrectly which I noticed a little late. Luckily we were dining in and they... fixed it. The person who made the mistake never apologized and while other two staff were apologizing to me for the mistake. Read more
I use the mobile app mostly in Artesia New Mexico and occasionally here in Alamogordo. This is the second time my mobile order... was not even started to be prepared though app said it was ready. Plus is second time they were out of ingredients. Never havethis issue at Artesia Subway where sub meats and toppings are all available and sub is quickly prepped and ready. This store pretty regularly leaves one person to handle sandwich artistry, even though there?s usually multiple employees... available (three today). Can?t pretend to know exactly how to run a Subway, but waiting 15 minutes in a line that?s not all toolong sure seems unnecessary, especially with multiple others available to help with customers. Fresh food and courteous workers. We asked if WiFi was available. We were told yes, WiFi was available, but the password was... manager's phone # and they don't give it out. The shelves for take out orders are not refrigerated! Read more
You have got to be kidding me! This is the worst sub on the planet. Opened up an absolute disaster after waiting 10 minutes for... curbside. No one in drive through or inside. Walked in to get my order and girl was just sitting there. Never never never evergo to this Subway! Read more
