This store, more then the one on 10th has fresh bread. Also app orders are always ready when time on app says to pick up.
I'd like to start this review with the positive and highlight that my 3 star rating reflects the quality and price and NOT the... customer service. I ordered a 6-in meatball sub with provolone and parm. The sandwich I received was definitely the small sideof the bun, there were 4 small meatballs, the bottom was burnt and you could see a tiny bit of evidence that cheese was there,but it was burnt and not gooey as cheese should be. I called and spoke to a nice woman who offered to remake the sandwich for meand she did. She was very polite and apologized and she was training some new employees and when they asked her about thesandwich she said it was made correctly however they want to be sure to serve the customer so they will do whatever I want. Itruly appreciate their customer service and the cleanliness of this restaurant. This meatball sub has been my favorite for thelast 2 decades ish and this is the first time I have received such poor quality food. I told the woman who helped me that theymust have change the specs because my last sandwich was not like this one and she just smiled and did not say anything. Mydisappointment is in the franchise/ownership/quality control as they seem to have reallocated the specs for their sandwiches. Iwill give them a couple more tries, however with the prices going up and the quality going down I may start making my ownmeatball sandwiches at home! Haven't had subway in years it really hit the spot! Yummy food
Good fresh food. Not so cheap anymore, but nothing is! $30 for 2 foot long subs and 2 large sodas. There was only one person... working, a nice man, but he can only go so fast! Slow line. Third time in a row that I ordered a meatball sandwich only to be told they were out of meatballs.Also extremely disappointed... that white milk is not served. I was told they only carry chocolate milk because that?s what kids like. Read more
