Very decent Wendy?s- they actually came to the window unlike the empty Burger King that was OPEN down the road? waited behind... someone for 15 minutes, just to hear the person say ?can I help you? at that point I left and came here instead so kudos to theWendy?s employees for actually working? they were very nice as well, and we didn?t have to wait long. If you can?t handle drive thru and customer service, you shouldn?t do it. The girls at this location are horrible and have such... an ugly attitude, it?s sad. If I could give negative I would. But I think the girls in the facility make up for that them selfs. Read more
Ridiculous that when I order a door dash it always takes forever as if the purposely make the door dash orders after the drive... thru and done in. Today lucky for.me I waited 45 minutes before I got the dash alert that my order was picked up. My dasher gotthere at 3 pm smh! If course wasn't prepared as I asked for smh! Corporate needs to come down on this establishment it's alwaysa forever issue! Read more
The lobby smells like a Burger King playground. The floor is slick with grease. We had to wipe our own table. 20min serve time.... The fries were cold. They filled the cup of chili only half way. The salad was garbage. The staff was unpleasant andunprofessional. The manager must be busy with more important issues or is simply incompetent. I have never seen a franchise runso poorly. I had a horrible experience at this place. We didn't have a single issue until they took our order. I had ordered 4 Dave's... singles at medium size which were 7.50 each which would round to around 8 dollars after tax. Once I saw the receipt, they hadcharged me around 10 dollars per combo and it had them marked as classic chicken sandwiches. I immediately went to complain andtold them they had messed up the order. I asked for the food to be replaced with what I originally ordered with a partialrefund, because I was charged more for meals I didn't ask for. Then the cashier who messed up my order brought the manager. Themanager then said if I wanted a partial refund for the food or extra fries. So I asked for a partial refund, then she said therefund would be about 2.50, which didn't add up at all. I told her that didn't make sense. I told her I originally ordered 4Dave's singles and they were 7.50 each, she rudely said no and the price on the menu was wrong and that they were actually 8.00each which made no sense. Then she aggressively showed me the screen showing 9.38 and she said that was price after tax for eachone and even showed me the screen. I didn't want to make a scene for 6 or 7 dollars that were overcharged, so my family and Ileft. But she was so rude and I'm never going to that trash Wendy's again. They have no idea how to professionally help acustomer. Giving one star is me being nice. I even felt they were being partially racist because they treated other people withall smiles. When we would approach them, they gave us the cold shoulder and wouldn't even make eye contact with us ( we'reMexican-American). Overall, one of the worst experiences ever. Read more
The inside of the restaurant was dirty and they had only been open an hour and a half! I asked for a towel to clean my table and... I was told to hold on.....so I found a way to clean it myself! The table had dried on chocolate shake and a lot of the tableswere dirty and it seemed to have been dirty from the night before! I love Wendy's but I was quite disgusted w the way the lobbyand tables looked and the soda area was unclean too. I asked to speak w a manager who blamed the front counter person anddidn't take action herself! That's poor management! She should have helped the front counter girl who was extremely busy! The gentleman at the front counter named Juan magically appeared out of nowhere within seconds of me walking into the store he... came up with the very good demeanor neatly dressed and well spoken he got my order in I only ordered a plain baked potato withchili plain and also a junior bacon cheeseburger plain my order was fresh and hot when I got it I don't even think I've waited aminute maybe three it might have been two or three minutes I'm very happy with Wendy's in Alamogordo so give Juan a raise that'scuz I think so. The crew behind the counter seem to be having a lot of fun doing the jobs which made the job seem to go a lotfaster. Read more
