Food took over 30 mins, several people behind us got their food and left. Had to ask about ours, dine in, was put on the to go... shelf. Finally got food, restaurant is out of forks. If I wanted to eat with my fingers, I would have gone to a bar. First timeeating here, last time I'll ever eat there. Boneless wings are the lowest quality can get. This place needs a manager. I order from this Wingstop every week and never have any problems. However, my wife placed an order today and she picked it up,... then went home only to find her order wasn't fulfilled, no problem, so she went back to let the staff know what happened andasked for what she paid for. The situation ended up with the manager calling her a liar in front of everybody and saying theycould not give her more wings because it was too long of a wait for her figure the order wasn't correct, so my wife wanted hermoney back. After going back and forth with this non-skilled manager she explained that she could not fulfill the order andif she wanted a refund she would have to wait ten days!? I run my own store also, and understand I am the face of what mycompany stands for, and she has horrible customer service and should not be making decisions for your company. Food was pretty good. I waited a few months to try them after they opened. Ordered carryout online. Food was basically ready... when I got there. I ordered Mild and Cajun boneless with Voodoo Fries. The Cajun chicken honestly didn't have a lot of flavorbut was alright. The mild was too mild, but it was good. Im definitely gonna try to go with original hot next time. The frieswere the worst part. The first two on too were good, the rest were so soggy and nasty. I will still give them another chancewith other items though. Read more

This place could be twice as big. They are filling the food gap in this area. The garlic parmesan wings could use more garlic... flavor. And the lemon pepper was a little bland as well. I just want anyone who came to this place trying to decide if they want to come to Wingstop, to read this post very carefully. I... went in to order and had the absolute worst time of my life in any food places ever. Before I went in I called ahead to see ifthey were busy and I was left on hold for about 10 minutes. Once I was finally taken off hold, the employee answer the phone"what?" with attitude and I proceeded to ask if they were busy and she said "were currently busy so if you could go eatsomewhere else that would be great." I hung up and finally arrive at the store and I see one other customer in the store(notbusy at all). looking in the back, I see three employees just standing around in the back and they didn't even seem to notice meat first even after the bell on the door rang. I finally was able to order and the process was ridiculous. Took the lady aboutfive minutes to type in 3 combos exactly like each other. Once I receive my order, the woman just hands me a bag and walks away.I've been in customer service and I've seen some terrible employees but this place takes the cake. "Surprisingly" the order waswrong and I tried to either get my full order or at least a refund and this lady Priscilla basically told me that since Ialready payed, I can't get my money back. I have never heard of a fast food place not being able to refund a CASH order thatthey messed up. I payed with cash and didnt even recieve anything close to my order and I did not leave satisfied at all. I hadto spend a lot of money at Wingstop and also spend money elsewhere to actually fulfill what Wingstop could not. If you're goingto call yourself a fast food restaurant, I suggest actually feeding your paying customers. Priscilla is the worst manager I haveever met and it baffles me as to how she got her position. DO NOT EAT AT WINGSTOP IF YOU ARE HUNGRY. I RECOMMEND LITERALLY ANYOTHER FAST FOOD.
