Researched an Arby?s on a long trip home across the state of Colorado. Held my kids off from lunch for an hour and a half... because they wanted Arbys. Profile said open (Sunday afternoon) and when we got in to town, signs on the door said they wereclosed for the day. Not only very disappointed, but a little irritated because we had to back track across town to getsomething else. Maybe would advise calling before you go? Read more

Teresa at Arby's is exceptional! She is warm, personable, kind and she is a wonderful representative for the Arby's brand. Not a... single other employee could have bothered with the customers, including the manager. No eye contact. No greeting when wearrived. Only Teresa seemed to care about the guests' experiences and she makes us want to frequent Arby's. Thank you Teresaand we are grateful for your professionalism and warmth. Read more
