Front counter was unattended while customers waited to order food They were not busy.. Manager said she was gone only 2 minutes... ,closer to 15. Ordered whopper Jr got double hamburger. Rude employees, got our order wrong, and I feel like we paid too much for such poor quality service... There's no excuse for... being rude to customers, if you don't like dealing with people maybe you shouldn't work in a place where you are required tointeract with people. Also, called to complain about the employee to the manager and she wasn't even concerned about heremployee, but about something completely irrelevant.
