I would definitely rate this place lower but given they were beyond slammed I will be nice. Hostess was 100% over her job but... can't blame her because they wasn't an empty seat anywhere. Our server was so nice and made sure we were happy. It does seemlike management has the restaurant running very well. They were on top of it. The margaritas were impeccable ???? Pasta was bad.Overcooked and just blehhh. Potato soup was best part of the meal. Read more

After spending our time at Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve we were looking for a place to have dinner and searched... near for a place. The Chili's was near us and open till 10:00. So we decided to have dinner at Chili's. The atmosphere was greatand it had a very good vibe. We were seated on the table and greeted by the server with menus and water. After seeing the menuwe decided to order black coffee, Spicy Shrimp Tacos, Cajun Shrimp Pasta and Chicken Fajita. The service was quite good and wesoon got our food. The black coffee was perfectly brewed and loved my coffee. The chicken fajita was delicious and tasty. Thechicken was cooked perfectly for the fajitas. The spicy shrimp tacos and cajun shrimp tacos were delicious too. The shrimp wasperfectly cooked for both of them and loved the food. The food was delicious and tasty. Chilis is one of those chain restaurants that you remember being better than it actually is, bit we were starving after the sand... dunes and gave it a shot. The food was mediocre and definitely not something to write home about. We got the chips and salsa fora table ap and after eating a few whole chips, all of the rest were busted and crushed up pieces. Our server was really friendlyand super hard working which made things more enjoyable. Read more
Normally enjoy this place. But today my family went and we have 3 kids ones autistic and does better in a booth. So we get a... booth every time we go. And today we again asked for a booth, and we were refused because there was 5 of us and that?s ?too manypeople? for a booth. 5 adults maybe yeah. Not 2 adults and 3 kids under 6. So I said that our baby could sit on one of our lapsand the host comes back with ?absolutely not the booths are for 4 people or under? even though there was SEVERAL bigger boothsavailable. We got takeout and it was good. We got the Meal for 2 deal. We started with chips and salsa, which is huge and too big for two... people (make sure you microwave the chips because they are better that way). Place was pretty nice. I had the BOSS burger an my overall satisfaction was good. It had an excellent taste & plenty filling.... Quite when we first arrived at 11, but it filled up pretty quick. They do have WiFi, I didn?t use it. My only criticism would bethat it wouldn?t hurt to clean a little better... Read more
