The environment and the staff were lovely. I can?t remember what dish it was in particular, but we ordered vegetable spring... rolls and the miso soup. Both were phenomenal. But the entrees of tofu and fried rice and the tofu and pad Thai weren?t good atall. They were cooked to cater to Midwestern American cuisine, so it didn?t have much if any Thai flavor which is what we camein for. We only ate a few bites before we couldn?t eat anymore from the bland taste. If you?re used to food from diverse areasit might not be the right restaurant. But I can?t speak for the other dishes so I don?t want to say don?t try the restaurant ifyou see a dish that looks intriguing. Read more

At first was very skeptical but oh my God the sushi and Ramen was the best I've had in a long time and I critic sushi harshly
I was skeptical of quality sushi in the Valley. To be fair, we're no where near the ocean... But we decided to give Siam a try... and I'll tell you what I'm sure glad we did because we left more than satisfied. The sushi was fresh, expertly rolled, andextremely tasty.
