The baristas here must be deaf cause they messed up half of our order. They clearly need hearing aids or something cause i don't... know how else you could possibly give me 2 of the same drinks when 1 of them doesn't even sound the same. Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worse customer service, from taking order in drive thru to serving coffee to the customer. She needs... to be trained better. Just bought Coffee there and it was served lukewarm. When we asked the barista to warm it more, she saidthis is as hot as it gets with a rude tone and turned her face away. Hello lady, this is not our first time buying coffee atStarbucks, at least have courtesy to warm it in microwave if the customer prefers it hot.
