Wish I could give 0 stars. Worse customer service, from taking order in drive thru to serving coffee to the customer. She needs... to be trained better. Just bought Coffee there and it was served lukewarm. When we asked the barista to warm it more, she saidthis is as hot as it gets with a rude tone and turned her face away. Hello lady, this is not our first time buying coffee atStarbucks, at least have courtesy to warm it in microwave if the customer prefers it hot. Had to wait to come back to hotel roomto warm it and drink it. Worst experience in this Starbucks in CO. Read more

The coffee are always super good. Sometimes you have cashier's that are snooty.
