Tried to order pick up, they ran out of ingredients for the online order. That's all well and fine, but the gentleman inside... didn't let me order taco bell items even though I was already in the lobby. He said the drive thru was only TB items and thelobby was only for Long John items. What? He could've just let me order but instead I had to go thru the drive through. I drivea dodge promaster 2500. I want to compliment the staff. Not only were they kind but also quick. I ordered my food and before I could fill my cup my food... was ready. I ate in the lobby. Everything I ordered was correct which is rear because I'm a picky eater. Thanks again. Read more
Worst taco bell ever! Always screw up my order! Won't have lettuce or tomato and won't tell you, let it be a surprise, with... tacos half normal meat, only shell, meat and cheese. 2 small pieces of chicken on chalupa, they argued and said that was normal,finally gave a refund for screwing up oder so badly. My husband and I are pulling something that permits us from going through drive thru, and not only that I'm a pregnant lady who... really wanted taco bell. I called the store and they would not open up dine in or let us walk through the drive thru. Don'twaste your time with uncomprable people. Read more
Everything time I go into order they always forget to give me my full order or sometimes it is wrong. Then when you tell them... that ir is wrong the manager gets mad and throws your bag of food to you like a dog!!!! SHE NEEDS TO GO OR YOUR COMPANY IS GOINGTO LOSE CUSTOMERS AND YOUR PROFITS!!!!!!! The manager there in Alamosa Colorado is one hateful person no respect to thecustomers or to her employees! She is always yelling at them in front of customers and employees... they need to get rid of hervery soon. I think she is only there for a pay check and nothing else. I will never go in there to order, which I do like TacoBell. I will take my business somewhere else no matter if I have to travel miles to get what I want.... Read more
