I’m a big pizza ???? lover. Always trying new places in the Bay Area. This is my fist time here. Fell in love with the pizza.... Deep dish all meat and the one that comes with meat and veggies. They have great deep dish pizza if you're a fan of deep dish, but I just really want to say you need to try their thin crust... pizza. Signature cornmeal crust. This is one of the best pizza joints around El Cerrito. All their roasted veggies are AMAZING!Outdoor seating if you want to bring your dog. Read more
Terrible experience, service has really declined over the years. Took 20 minutes to take my order, then another 1 as a half... hours for it to arrive. Hostess initially blamed it on the deep dish taking longer, but at the end admitted that the order gotlost. That's just totally unacceptable quality of service, their job is to ensure that the food and experience is pleasant.Disappointed that she didn't own up to her mistake. When it finally arrived, the food was dry and cold, I suspect that sheforgot about it, not the kitchen. In any case, avoid this location, it's not worth your time. Read more
I had already been to the Little Star in Oakland and was thrilled to see it in Albany. My friends stay in El Cerrito and we were... feeling like having pizza so opted for the Litte Star :) We enjoyed the broccoli parmesan to start with and furtherly enjoyedthe simple margherita pizza thin crust (we asked for it as they don't have it on the menu) which was delicious - my 4 years oldenjoyed it to the fullest :). Good fresh pizza! Had a custom thin crust with bacon, pepperoni and mozzarella and it was delicious. The thin crust was crisp... just how I like it. The water tasted amazing too for some reason I drank it all. Read more
Seriously good pizza. I had both the Deep Dish and the thin, and both were excellent. The Burrata we had for an appetizer was... also quite nice. I think it's the best Deep Dish in the Bay Area. Just check out the pix :) Read more
We use to go to the Oakland one and discovered that there is one closer to home and just as delicious. Love the ambiance. They... have a full bar, plays the games on their tv and best yet, their pizza is a place that whomever I bring instantly fall inlove. This round we came for my birthday and I got a build your own with gluten free crust, they had the wings and a small deepdish build your own. Crust here is very notable. Street parking, indoor and outdoor seating. I’ve ordered through the foodapps and it’s great service whether dining or picking up. Read more
