I've been going to this location for the past 3 years and historically it's been a 3.5 star, experience for the food and wait... time. However, recently it took over 30 minutes for the 5 sushi rolls my boyfriend and I ordered. As I was getting hungrier andI can feel my blood sugar dropping, I see people who ordered after us receive their food before us. It appeared they forgotabout our sushi rolls and it wasn't until my boyfriend asking them two times about the status on our order that our food finallyarrived staggered out. Nobody apologized for the delay. To add insult to injury, we noticed the prices charged on the receiptwere more than what was posted on their wall menu. When we pointed this out to the manager and asked for a price adjustment, hesaid the prices increased, didn't care that the wall menu didn't reflect the changes, and denied our request for a partialrefund. Now we have to contact the credit card company to dispute the charges. In other dining establishments the workers woulddo one or all of the following: - Warn us if the wait time would be a lot longer than usual so expectations would be adjusted. -Offer to bring us edamame, miso soup, or some other low-cost item on the menu free of charge while we wait for our food. -Betransparent about any increase in prices, especially if it's not clearly posted for the customers. -Offer a discount or a giftcard to use for the next time we dine there as a gesture of goodwill. Since nobody bothered to do any of the above actions,they clearly don't value their customers so we won't be returning. Read more
An excellent restaurant with fresh fish and fast service. The employee?s are kind and accommodating. I have eaten here over 30... times but I?ve never eaten in the restaurant. You can probably expect the wait time to be around 15 minutes. I hope you enjoythe place as much as I do! Read more

This is an amazing spot for some great sushi! The staff is inviting and nice, they play K-POP and K-dramas on there TV's, but... the sushi and drinks are absolutely amazing! Read more
