It's want a good experience. Hardly anyone in the restaurant, plenty of open seats but we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. A... young lady finally takes our drink order and I didn't even get water until after appetizers and food was served. She wasapologetic and it was obvious they were short staffed (ASU Homecoming). Another worker apologized that she hadn't made the bardrinks and she eventually did that. They made me 2 drinks due to the wait. The appetizers were good but the entree was verybland. Service was terrible. The staff were sitting down and conversing while customers were waiting for food and drinks. My fiancé... got her drink within 2 minutes and my water never arrived. What made it worse we were sitting at the bar. I wish I could havegave this visit a no stars. Restaurant wasn?t busy it was only 7 customers in the restaurant during the visit. We were the only customers there for the first 15 minutes and I thought that would be a good thing but it wasn't. It took a... long time to get the food and when we did get the food it was scorched. The manager offered to cook another one but the appetitewas gone. And there was no price break! I had to ask for another glass of tea. There was no one else in there my glassshould've stayed full! I went to Applebees with my family and can I say what exquisite time I had, the service was top tier, and the manager on the... shift was even helping out buss tables and serve tables.
