Service was excellent. Food was good. But the 3 for me deal was a dud. My son and I both ordered it and only one of us got the... deal. My soup, drink, and entree was billed individually as if I didn't ask for the 3 for me. He went to fix it and this timemy son's items were billed individually instead of as a combined 3 for me. I came in for Veterans Day & there was no hostess when I walked in. I waited for a few moments and saw the bartender coming but... she didn't speak or even acknowledge I was standing there. Chili's, Albany GA. Ate lunch here yesterday. Food was good. Spent $35 but realized today I was charged $52. Spoke to the... manager about it and was told that I was lying. That I was only charged the correct amount even though I had it on my bankstatement. He said it was my banks fault. Very shady person. Check your bank statements if you eat there. Very sweet and service was fast. She understood what I told her whenI told her my husband drinks a lot when eating. So she went and came back with a pitcher of diet drink for him and myself. Horrible service. There were six in our party. Four were served first but no one had silverware. We let the host know and he... told the server. We finally got silverware and soup was no longer hot. The other two members of our party didn?t get food untilthe other four were nearly finished. One member ordered avocado slices and never got them. Another never got a spoon for hischili and had to eat it with a fork. Drink refills were never offered. We had just been to a movie and thought this would be agood choice for dinner since it is close to the movie theater. Will never go to this Chili?s again.
