As busy as this place was, service and food was delicious. We had less than a 10 minute wait for 2 people which I think was very... acceptable, like I said, this place was packed. Everyone from the host to the busser was kind and attentive. My husband enjoyedhis food a lot. Having the option of sourdough bread is a huge plus for him. His side of fruit was fresh and cold too. Let mejust say MY food was delicious. I went with the smoke house Mac n cheese. This gem has been here this whole time and I had noidea. We were so full leaving this place. The rating is purely food based. I was in town for a conference and the food was so good, I are here twice. I had a made to... order omelette - so good! Cobb Salad - so good I didn't even use dressing. And I wanted something with PEACHES while I was inGA, so I got the pancakes with peaches and cream. This was my first time here and I was here with my mom, when we first got there the wait was only two minutes or so and we got... asked for drinks. We got our drinks and the menu. It was clean and the things you would ask for at a restaurant, were already onthe table so we didn't have to ask. Our order was taken and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. The food was great andwhat I had was the classic with 3 sausages, grits and toast, and eggs. I would definitely come back again! Read more
This is my husband and I?s favorite spot for brunch in town. We?ve been here 5 times so far, and the food and service are always... wonderful! My poor hubby though. The first three times we came, the store was out of the different things he really wanted totry. (Shrimp seems to be a pretty common item that?s hard to keep in the restaurant, FYI.) The fourth and fifth times were thecharm, though. We both got what we wanted with zero disappointment! He loved the shrimp and grits.
