Ordered a sackful at the drive thru. Asked us to pull up. We sat so long my 6 year old needed to use the restroom. So my husband... took her in to use the restroom. The music playing in the restaurant over the speaker was incredibly inappropriate/vulgar andinstead of turning it down when they went they turned it up. That?s not music we allow to play in our home around our kids. Wewon?t be back. Completely inappropriate choice of music playing in a ?family? restaurant. Disappointing for somewhere we haveate at for years. My husband has asked for a refund we waited and spoke with the manager was pleasant and understanding. Read more

I went through the drive thru. First of all I had to wait 7 minutes before getting my order taken. 8 minutes later I was finally... at the window to pay for my order. Did I mention I was 2nd in line behind the one that was already sitting at the window. Idkhow long they've been sitting there. They were asked to pull forward.Anywho the cashier takes my payment and gives us ourdrinks. She then asks us to pull forward. There was a car and truck in line behind me. They were given their orders and wasn'tasked to pull forward. We ordered Krystals with cheese and some fries and classic and chili cheese pups. After waiting for 10minutes some one finally comes out and hands the first car their order. They go back in then for about 5 minutes then comes backout to us without our order and says they got our burgers cooking and she's dropping some fresh fries so they could be hot whenthe burgers come up and then she'll have our order to us. So we thanked her for the update. She stands outside having a wholeconversation with her friend then goes back inside.Here she comes 10 minutes later with our order. We checked our order.Everything in the bags was cold except the fries. Wtbs we waited 40 minutes at a fast food restaurant for cold food. Read more
Awful! Worst experience ever. Paid extra for cheese, and they didn?t even add pickles to the burgers. On top of that, employees... were short and rude. Never going to this one ever again, and I hope all the employees are fired and replaced. Read more
Check your food or go somewhere else. Waited 10 minutes before I could order. Got 3 Krystal?s. You can tell that they had been... sitting up somewhere. Onions were brown, the edges of the bread were hard and the sandwich was COLD. Just disgusting. Theysimply put the cheese on top. I took it back and showed it to them only to get a ?That?s how our Krystal?s look.? I asked for mymoney back. The cashier (manager?s daughter) went in the back showing them the food and like normal ?they don?t see anythingwrong with it?. The manager proceed to process my refund and say ?How you asking for a refund on a whole meal but you didn?tbring the drink back. I said are you serious.
