Super psychotic manager, Tamika, started yelling at my spouse through the drive through, all because SHE messed up and gave us 2... bites of chili cheese tots!!! She couldn't make our sliders correctly, but begrudgingly had them remade. She went nuttier than afruitcake on us when my husband addressed the fact she made our chil cheese tots terribly! She slammed the window in our facesbefore we could ask to remake the 12 sliders that were made wrong the first time. My husband went back through the drive throughsince the manager lied about personally coming out to our vehicle to deliver the sliders to us. It took them 15 minutes toremake 12 sliders, and they screwed us on the chili cheese tots! If you like Krystal, then don't go to this location. Good customer service and plenty of options on the menu board. Drive thru is slow but the food is freshly made. The drive thru... needs improvement, for it has pot holes and broken up cement. Friendly associate at the pick up window. Read more

I usually love Krystal but next time I will now order only the burgers and Sweet tea! Their fries really seemed to need an oil... change because several particles were sticking to them. Maybe it is just a gimmick to make them more crispy but it did not sitwell with me. The Chili cheese pup I gave to the neighborhood cat after one bite and it made me wish that I had gone just alittle farther down the road to Jimmie's Hot Dogs! Read more
Krystal chicks had no Mayo, no pickles, chili cheese fries had tons of cheese and barely any chili, service was a complete... hassle. There are only like 5 things on the menu and they act like they have no clue what you?re trying to order half the time.Drinks taste like nozzles have never been cleaned making them taste musty and disgusting. Food quality has gone way down andprices have gone up. Have this location many chances and every one was majorly disappointing. Will never visit again. Read more
I never leave reviewsss but ugh no! I went to this location @9:30pm on a Friday, would think it would be better! I asked for 2... Krystal?s fresh with tots also fresh.. the bread was sooo soggy as of it had been sitting for Days! The tots were old anddrenched in an oil bath it became inedible.
