Hot fresh pizza items and the wings are really good. The customer service is great and efficient. Edit: 11/07/2022 I purchased... the Old World Fanceroni pizza because it's advertised to have over 100 pepperoni on it. Either my math is wrong or somebodylying. I counted approximately 40 pepperoni on my pizza. Y'all gots to do better little Ceasars on Dawson Road in AlbanyGeorgia. Read more
The cashier and the cook always angry. The guy with dreads mouth is aweful with customer in sight.
I was not given a hot n ready pizza {which over cook & greasy} intentionally by cashier around 5pm 04 23 2022..I am homeless, I... was very tired, sleepy and hungry, so this male cashier saw an opportunity to take advantage of me. Check your food thoroughlybefore leaving Or don't visit the Dawson's road store in albany, GA Now I am feeling very sick !!! During busy hours serviceis terrible. Staff is dispassionate. They have no similarity to their advertising shown personnel. The cheesy bread, a favorite in our... house, was over cooked and hardened almost 1/2 inch around the outside. Pizza was bland, like an ingredient was missing on theclassic cheese. Read more
Great service!!! A gentleman met me at the door and informed me that in store orders were no longer done and all orders were now... done online, he was very helpful and super nice! I placed my order online and it was finished before the estimated time. Theyoung lady that prepared the other parts of my order was so sweet and was sure to remind me to get the sodas out of the fridgebefore I left. I've always loved Little Ceasars Pizza, and am even now happier that they offer dessert!!! I will definitely bereturning to this location...the folks working there are great!! Read more
I wasn't aware little caesars had to go to online app to order beforehand, when i got there- the guy at counter was quite rude... to several people including myself. I watched as guy literally shoved the one customer's order at him and slap the extradipping sauce guy asked for politely was slapped hard on the customer's box as worker told him don't make a habit out of askingfor anything extra nearly causing the guy to drop his order. I tried to download app to my phone while I was inside waiting myturn, when I asked the guy if he could help me to get app to allow me to order- he replied if you can't order then you can'thangout here- this open for customers only. I'd had enough of his rudeness and left. Little Caesars no longer sounded good, wedrove across town to get Papa John's and was greeted warmly and in minutes had pizzas. I am not sure who created order #127375 with the Pepperoni Cheeser! Cheeser pizza for me but they shouldn't be in the pizza... business, they should be an artist. The cheese on on the crust was cooked to perfection, not burnt but lightly browned. It waspiping hot from the oven which means the cheese was perfect as well, look at the pic and you will understand. This is the bestcommercial pizza on the market and that is saying a lot with me being from NY originally. Read more
I was working in an area stepped into the establishment and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes I yelled hello hello... someone finally came to the counter and said somebody be up shortly place my order which was crazy bread with extra cheese andbutter and I wanted a lunch special cheese only upon getting my order she put mozzarella cheese on my crazy bread stay not askfor extra cheese and that's not what I wanted I wanted the regular parmesan cheese on my order my lunch special was just acheese pan pizza where she tore up the bottom crust of the bread and just gave it to me very unsatisfied with my ordercompletely...
