Extremely courteous customer service and well-prepared order done on time. No complaints whatsoever.
The food is good, but the service is just ok. The front counter person always seems like they have too much going on. It's... always busy. I always order and pay online which makes it so much easier. But I also always have to tell them I paid online.Like it doesn't show them that or something. Like I said, it seems like they have too much on them at one time. Update...Service has definitely improved. They have 2 ppl at the counter when there's customers now. My order got messed up tonight, theyfixed it and gave me a credit for next time. Never received my delivery. Waited a hour and a half before calling to find out my order had been cancelled. I didn?t receive a... call, text, or even email. The app still says it?s being cooked. Now it?s too late to order food from anywhere else. Read more
I ordered a 3 meat topping pizza with ham bacon and pepperoni the young lady informed me that they were out of bacon so I said... substitute it for sausage. I get there to get my pizza and the man said it was ham sausage and pepperoni with buffalo sauce. Itold him I didn?t want buffalo sauce on my pizza and he offered to remake it but I didn?t want to wait and he even gave me adiscount! The pizza was not good well it was decent but I would?ve preferred the crust to be stuffed but the young lady saidthey was out of that so I got it hand tossed. The pizza taste like it had been dipped in Texas Pete hot sauce, unusual tastebut not my first choice. Word to the wise Pizza Hut workers, employees and staff ?PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS!? Ordered a pizza delivery at 4:15. Got off work at 5:00 no pizza. Went up the street less than 10 minutes away and had to go in... to reorder my pizza. This was at 5:22. Didn't leave until 6:00. Then the young guy wanted me to pay for my pizza again. I toldhim not until they refunded me for the first pizza. The manager finally came and did it. No sorry for what happened or anything.Just plain rude. I gave it 2 stars because the young cashier was nice and he did apologize. Read more
The woman who was working was not very friendly. My pizza had what looked like slime on the crust and box. I later found out... that it was garlic butter. The pizza looked very rushed and the bread on one of my pizzas tasted very doughy and undone. I wasnot satisfied with my purchase at all and I don't think I will be visiting this Pizza Hut again because if my food was messed uponce doesn't mean that if I give them a second try the same won't happen.
