Food was good. Customer service was lacking. Two girls smiled, while two girls barely spoke. After all four young ladies served... us, I asked my wife what she thought and she indicated that she enjoyed the food, but they definitely needed some help inendearing themselves to their customers. Again, food was good, but I didn't get the idea that they cared if we were there. Wewill probably return, but for once in my life I'd love for a customer service oriented business to initiate a hello. Read more

We love Surcheros! Today, the food was great, but the customer service was not what we have come to know. The girl that was... cashier (Nya- not sure of spelling ) left a bad impression. She charged me for the drink that was supposed to be included in myweekly special meal and did not give me any chips, and when I went to use my reward points, she rudely told me that my pointswere not good any longer because there was a new app. When I questioned about the new app, she was very dismissive. Come to findout later this afternoon when I downloaded the new app, my points transferred and I could have used them AND earned rewards formy $80 visit today (she did not even give me my receipt) . I know she does not reflect the normal customer service and hope shecan get it together. Read more
Went here for the first time craving good Tex Mex since I got here a couple weeks ago and this place did not disappoint. I got a... steak burrito bowl and my hubby got a grilled chicken burrito in a chipotle tortilla! The options are endless here with theoption to have your veggies grilled if you?d like. Customer service was good they all seemed a bit annoyed that it was slow butother than that it was all good and they made sure everything was how we wanted it! Definitely my new spot in Albany!!! My husband and I love eating here! ???????? It is one of my favorite places in town. They are a bit pricey for a fast food... place, but I think the portions are worth it. My meal this trip included a quesadilla, cheese dip, chips, salsa, and a drink.The total was a little over $11. The staff are helpful and friendly. I think the dining room could be a bit more tidy, but itwas during the lunch rush so that could have been a factor. All in all, I will definitely eat here again and recommend it toanyone. ????????
