They need to work on making sure the food is hot when it's given out to customers.

If only I could give zero stars just for the rudeness and disrespect my husband and I received when placing an order at Wendys... store #00001269! My husband and I were very nice and polite and we did not receive that from Wilmona taking our order! Shecontinually seemed frustrated, somewhat taken back at the register as we ordered, was not listening while continually rollingher eyes as we ordered! Just really unprofessional and unnecessary! My husband and I kept having to go ask or get thingscorrected because of her attitude issue she wasn't paying attention and could care less to hear what we were saying during theorder being placed! Instead of speaking or addressing her about her attitude that was received I hope after this review someonewill do the right thing and address it, it does not belong in customer service at all! My husband and I wanted to eat Wendys andenjoy the dine in experience once again! We did notice other things in the restaurant which was a huge box with other boxesinside that sat on the far end table. An employee backpack was just laid over one of the high tables. The drink machine isalmost out of options because it is carbonated, the machine also was running very slow. After each time the button was pushed itwould stop and had to wait then pushed again, it took about 3-5 mins. to get a drink! Professionalism and upkeep is a must! Onemore note, please keep the tables and floors clean at all times! Overheard another customer complained about their bathroomtoilet running, and Wilmona who placed our order shouted to that customer "WE KNOW"! Customers not only pay for food but alsofor service! I order food from this Wendy's at 9:23 a.m. on 2/26/2022..Breakfast burger was burnt, coffee half full and seved COLD! The food... was absolutely DISGUSTING! and unfit to eat. This place needs to be shut down! Read more
This is my favorite local Wendy's. The service is always good when I visit and everything is kept clean. The store is nice and... inviting and the food usually comes out looking and tasting great! Read more
OMG! Frosty .$50 cent. I had 2, back-to-back. God issss Good! As usual, I had a large chili (and asked to fill my cup with more... substance, rather than the sauce). Staff was nice enough to allow us to bring in our Chinese white rice which served as a bedfor my chilli. Awsome. Awsome. My son ate from box to cup (see his pics). Management, the 3 young ladies, they we're superb.They acted like they we're in my kitchen, joking and just being very real, down to earth - like family/or close friends. Theeating area was spotless. The cushioned chairs made me feel like I was sitting in my own living room. Thank you Wendy's - inAlbany, GA. Shush, I asked the manager not to tell on me about that 2nd chocolate frosty. Shush now.
