I don?t give out 5 ?? all Willy Nilly! Once you get over the line (which usually moves quicker than norm), the food is great!... Every time I?ve visited this location since being in Albany more, the food is HOT! FRESH! COOKED & PREPARED CORRECTLY! IF I ASKFOR LIGHTLY BUTTERED TOAST, THATS WHAT I GET! 8/30/22 Both of my Cobb salad had old lettuce, and chicken grilled to hard.. I called manager today 8/31/22 and he said I worked... last night.. SIR WHAT DOES that have to do with my food? Always a fan of zaxbys! This past Sunday, August 28, I went to grab a snack mid-afternoon. They were busy which wasn't my issue.... The french fries were not cooked, some were sticky even. What I could eat was delicious, just very disappointed in the overallexperience. The restuarant itself looks very rundown and even the sign out front looks broken and weathered. OMG! When will they ever open the dinning room for sit down eating? Most all other restaurants already have. It only takes 2... employees to work the front counter. The food is always great ????. I really like the ?bone in? traditional wings and things meal-so good ????. The plate is also... loaded with so much to chose from, can definitely be satisfied/full from one plate (wings and things) or even a Zalad-it?s alsoloaded with goodness ????. The zalad with fried chicken is good as well. Asking for extra sauce is never a problem here ????which is great! The drive thru line always seems to be long, but definitely worth the wait. Read more
