Several took a break at once. Leaving customers standing and waiting.
Walked over got a cup of coffee for $2. The manger was nice enough to ask me if it was hot enough, it wasn't so she nuked it for... me. The time I was waiting I got to hear plenty of gossip about the other employees. Read more
Fresh, hot, tasty fast food. Prepared exactly as we ordered it. Crispy onion rings. Friendly service.
Whoppers were not hot when we got home. We live about a mile from the Albany, KY Burger King but I wrapped my jacket around the... sack to hold in the heat. Onions on our sandwiches still had a portion of the onion skin still on the onion. One of the sandwiches only had a part of the slice of cheese. Fries were cold. The only part of the order that was good were our drinks. Wedidn't receive a receipt so I can't leave the company this information because I don't have the exact time, or the ordernumber. I had to wait a few minutes because I wanted a chicken salad for lunch later on. However, I didn't mind because the salad was... fresh and satisfying as was my mom's sandwich. Staff member had a wonderful attitude and was easy to work with. Read more
I usually have a good experience but tonight was different. Waited quite a while after ordering at drive-thru. Was told they had... to cook my order. One spicy chicken sandwich was so hard I had to dispose of it. Couldn't bite through it & not worth a 14 mileround trip for a replacement. Very disappointed Read more
