At first we wasn't sure it was open. My sister went to the door to see if there was anybody there because it was so dark. There... was absolutely no lighting in the dining area. We actually did get to sit down and eat and their service was great they have noCoke machines, and as I stated before no lights on in the dining area only at the pickup bar. Ordered a Big Box online: no problem. Our food order was accurate (requested veggies to be cut into smaller pieces) & ready on... time. The female employee tending at the pick-up window was smiling & very nice. Especially her smile was so nice to see aftera long day. Husband said the pepperoni pizza was salty. However, I thought it was soooo good :) Wife wins :) Only 1 issue withme, in budgeting today's fuel prices, I ride a HD Ultra Classic motorcycle. Huge bike, better on mpg's & insurance bills. But,my bike is not big enough to carry a Pizza Hut long rectangular "Big Box". In much displeasure, I drove the husband's cage of aJeep instead of my bike to pick up dinner. In the past, I have asked to place orders in different packages, but that onlyconfused people & orders were inaccurate. Please, to the Pizza Hut 'Powers at Be', change the current rectangular "Big Box"packaging to a more vertical stacked package for easier transport. They've always got new staff and there for a while they messed up just about every order I placed and it being the only cheapish... pizza place around I keep going back, here lately things have been going good but they still got some making up to do before Igive a better rating Read more
Found hair on 3 of our pizzas ordered online, and the wait time was longer than usual which was fine but my food was cold which... I like cold pizza but hair on all the pizza was ridiculous, plus the pizza didnt even look good the crust was super thin andthere was gaps in the topping and no sauce either they was in a big hurry or got a new cheaper crust, that already hassauce,cheese...finding hair on my food is worse than the time my son once choked on a penny when it was supposed to becontactless paid and ordered online so no money exchanged physically so no reason for there to be a penny in with my pizza, andyet I ordered once again.... money is extremely dirty but I can not tolerate hair anything but hair!!! Invest in some hairnets!!! this hair was very lightly colored and long! it looked to have been cut into when the pizza was cut, or in betweenlayers of toppings one bite it lifted a pepperoni and was wrapped under the crust and the 2 peices beside that piece also hadhair!!! So I checked the others and also saw hair on those pizzas. had two other adult to check to make sure I wasn't justseeing things after the first pizza...But they also agreed that it wasn't cheese the pizza didn't have enough cheese to cover itto begin with but hot cheese when cooled may have a stringy/stretch effect but this was most definitely hair.....least my dogsgot to enjoy the pizza....
